Requirements for AppointmentFor Appointment to this grade a candidate must have:

• Master's Degree in purchasing and supplies management or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  
• Bachelor's degree in purchasing/supply chain management or related field from a recognized institution.
  
• Served in the grade of Senior Supply Chain Management Officer Grade MNT 13 or its equivalent for a minimum period of three (3) years.
  
• Must be a member of KISM (K) in good standing.
  
• Must be a licensed procurement and supply chain management practitioner.
  
• A strategic leadership development course from a recognized institution lasting not less than four weeks will be an added advantage
  
• Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution. (viii) Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
