Principal, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)

• Academic Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant technical, vocational, or education-related field from a recognized institution.

• Professional Experience: At least 8 years’ experience in TVET or higher education, including management experience

.• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of TVETA policies and competency-based education and training (CBET). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
