Minimum Qualifications
- O-level/KCSE Certification.
- A minimum of one-year work experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Candidates with prior experience in FMCG production processes are highly encouraged to apply.
- Perform capping, sleeving, cartoning, sealing, and packaging tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
- Promptly report any operational issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
- Strictly adhere to established safety protocols and maintain a safety-conscious approach in all activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through diligent housekeeping practices.
- Employ safe working practices and proactively report any hazardous conditions.
- Utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Undertake additional tasks as required to support business objectives and ensure company goals are met.
