Description
We are looking for a Project Manager for one of our renowned clients in Steel industry who can coordinate with the team for the project implementation. Following are the requirements :
- Graduate engineer (structural, mechanical and or civil options)
- Must have at least 10 years experience in the Steel structures field or pre fabricated steel or similar
- The ability to read and understand steel erection/construction drawings to ensure correct decisions are made
- Must have experience handling large projects.
- Good Knowledge of industry regulatory body guidelines
- Successful track record managing large projects
- Good Computer Skills; experience with engineering software will be an added advantage.
Reporting : Directly to the Directors

Roles and responsibilities:
• Coordinate resources and manage a team of technical staff to achieve the contractual
deliverable and meet the schedule of the project. Ensure the quality of the works of the team
throughout the project.
• Take responsibility for overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality and project status
• Maintaining relationships with owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors, setting up project
reporting procedures
• Develop plans and schedules and update management regularly on the project status and progress.
• Management of technical and financial aspects of contracts
