Position: Sales Representatives
The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling company properties, generating qualified leads, conducting site visits, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play an important role in supporting the sales team in driving performance and contributing to the company’s growth and success.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Market and sell company land to prospective clients.
Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and field prospecting.
Follow up on client inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
Educate clients on land features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate and close sales while consistently meeting assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Participate in company marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Represent Surevest Properties Ltd with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service at all times.
Stay informed about the company's land products, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively promote company offerings.
Qualification and Requirement
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is an added advantage.
Proven experience in land sales or the real estate industry is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate, and successfully close sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and smartphone usage.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets and deadlines.
A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
