Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection of personnel
Responsibilities:
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networks, and specialized platforms.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and level of interest.
- Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates.
