Requirments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in sales management, preferably in a regional leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage sales performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force Automation systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage extensive field operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of regional sales strategies and deliver revenue growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and sales teams for high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and growth channels.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Drive disciplined use of Sales Force Automation (SFA) for reporting and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Steer compliance with company policies, governance standards, ISO requirements, and health & safety regulations.
