Requirments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in sales management, preferably in a regional leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage sales performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force Automation systems.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage extensive field operations.


Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of regional sales strategies and deliver revenue growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and sales teams for high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and growth channels.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Drive disciplined use of Sales Force Automation (SFA) for reporting and execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Steer compliance with company policies, governance standards, ISO requirements, and health & safety regulations.
