Relationship Manager – Bancassurance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Bancassurance strategy, develop budgets, and oversee product distribution.
  
• Manage staff, relationships with partners, and monitor market trends.
  
• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  
• Report performance and risks to the Board.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in relevant fields, insurance certification, and 5+ years Bancassurance experience.
  
• Leadership, sales, communication, and ICT skills, knowledge of banking systems preferred.
  
• Practicing Christian with strong interpersonal skills.
