Qualifications
- Have a Diploma in Nursing or a Bachelor of Science Nursing from a Recognized Institution.
- Higher Diploma or Certificate in Nephrology/Renal Nursing.
- Be registered and gave a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya. (NCK)
- Have a Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience and at-least 1-2 years in a dialysis unit/critical care renal setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
- Competence in dialysis machine operation and renal care technology.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, compassion, and patient education abilities.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Operate and monitor dialysis machines safely and effectively.
- Observe and manage complications during dialysis sessions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Educate patients on kidney care, diet, and treatment plans.
- Maintain infection control and properly document patient care
