Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within a tour operating company, DMC, travel agency, or hospitality environment in a Sales & Marketing capacity.
- Basic understanding of reservations, tour operations, and itinerary preparation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Tour Plan and WETU will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content coordination.
- Assist in coordinating fam trips enquiries and bookings for agents, media, and trade partners.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
