Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within a tour operating company, DMC, travel agency, or hospitality environment in a Sales & Marketing capacity.
  • Basic understanding of reservations, tour operations, and itinerary preparation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Tour Plan and WETU will be an added advantage.


Responsibilities
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content coordination.
  • Assist in coordinating fam trips enquiries and bookings for agents, media, and trade partners.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
