Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-1 year experience (or strong interest) in sales or office administration
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive attitude
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); PMS/Delphi knowledge is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities
  • Sales administration and coordination techniques (Scheduling, contracts, client communication)
  • Managing client databases and maintaining accurate recordss
  • Preparing professional proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Lead generation strategies including research, telesales, and email outreach
  • Client engagement through site inspections and after-sales service
