Sales Development Representative (SDR)

📍 On site | 🕒 Full-Time (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Nairobi Time)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven SDR to join our sales team. You’ll generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Requirements

  • +2 years in sales (SDR, cold calling, call center, lead generation)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
  • Advanced English (spoken & written)
  • Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills
  • 21+ years old

Responsibilities

  • High-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings
  • Maintain CRM data and follow-ups
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs
  • Manage pipeline and lead prioritization
  • Collaborate with Account Executives
