Sales Development Representative (SDR)
📍 On site | 🕒 Full-Time (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Nairobi Time)
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven SDR to join our sales team. You’ll generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Requirements
- +2 years in sales (SDR, cold calling, call center, lead generation)
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
- Advanced English (spoken & written)
- Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills
- 21+ years old

- High-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

- Meet daily/weekly KPIs
- Manage pipeline and lead prioritization
- Collaborate with Account Executives
