  • You have 3-4 years of experience, working as an Industrial equipment Sales Engineer
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience selling technical or industrial equipment (compressors preferred).
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and sustainable technologies.
  • Ability to perform basic life cycle cost analysis and explain energy saving benefits.
  • Proven ability to win capital equipment sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.


Responsibilities
  • Actively identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for compressed air solutions
  • Deliver monthly order intake targets through consistent pipeline generation and conversion
  • Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and solution proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers and key accounts
  • Prepare and submit commercial and technical quotations
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery
