Qualifications

  • 3-5 years working experience preferably in Real Estate.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure.
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Real Estate, Marketing Sales and marketing or any business relates course.
  • Client Management and revenue growth experience.
  • General proficiency in real estate and sales process, negotiation skills, lead generation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills.
  • Digital and AI Marketing skills.
  • Client database of more than 5000 contacts


Responsibilities
  • Deliver business targets measured by revenues, membership growth, operational effectiveness, risk Management parameters, Human and Cultural Values parameters
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Develop and implement effective strategies and tactics for achieving set targets.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence with Property Laws and SIC's Policies and Procedures when conducting property sales.
  • Conduct surveys to identify prices of competing properties on land and housing markets.
  • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.
  • Coordinate with respective clients, the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Participate in the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
  • Maintain contact and relationships with customers to have future opportunities for business prospects.
