Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel sales.
- Strong understanding of the local and international hospitality market.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned with the hotel’s commercial objectives.
- Proactively identify and secure new business across corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and leisure segments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel policies.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market demand.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Liaise with Reservations, Front Office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with the Events/Conference team to ensure successful execution of group bookings and functions.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
