SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE ( BEVERAGES & SNACKS & ANIMAL FEEDS)

On behalf of our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer, we are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Associate. The role holder will provide administrative support to the Beverage and Snacks and Animal Feeds sales team and handle distributor queries and follow up on pending issues.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing,
   Commerce, or related field

2. 2–4 years’ experience in sales operations or sales administration, preferably in FMCG
   

3. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems
   

4. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
   

1. Provide back-office and administrative support to the Beverages & Snacks sales team
   

2. Process and validate sales orders in a timely and accurate manner
   

3. Coordinate with sales reps, distributors, logistics, and finance teams
   

4. Maintain customer master data, pricing, and promotional schemes
   

5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
   

6. Track promotions, discounts, and market executions
   

7. Handle distributor queries and follow up on pending issues
