Mukutan Conservancy is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to grow the market presence of Mukutan Wild Honey and Soul Coal Eco-Charcoal across Kenya’s retail, hospitality, and distribution channels.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing retail partnerships, building brand visibility, and communicating the strong environmental and community impact story behind Mukutan’s products.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) sales strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field from a recognized university.
Proven experience working with retail channels and distributors.
Strong understanding of branding and storytelling for product marketing.
Knowledge of sustainable products and emerging consumer trends.
Experience using sales reporting tools or CRM systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Passion for conservation, sustainability, and community development.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative.
Strong networking ability within Kenya’s retail and hospitality sectors.
Ability to translate Mukutan’s environmental impact into compelling product value for consumers.
