DOYIN PUMP Kenya is expanding! We are looking to recruit a dynamic team of experienced, capable, and well-respected water pump sales personnel as well as an experienced water pump engineer to join our growing business.

Available Positions:

1. Water Pump Sales Representatives (Multiple positions)

2. Water Pump Engineer (1 position)

Requirements:

● Proven experience in water pump sales or engineering

● Strong knowledge of water pump products

● Excellent communication and customer service skills

● Passion for delivering quality and reliable solutions to clients

● Valid references will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

Needs Analysis & Presentations: Assessing customer requirements and pain points to demonstrate how the company’s products or services offer the best solution.

Negotiation & Closing: Discussing terms, pricing, and contracts to finalize sales and meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly quotas.

Account Management: Maintaining CRM systems, ensuring post-sale customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and securing repeat business.
