Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of housakasping experience in a hotel environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.

  • Experience in luxury or international hotel brands is an added advantage.

  • Strong leadership and seam management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Good communication and interpersonal skils

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities
1 Assist the Executives Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public arwas, and back-of-house spaces.
2 Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness

3 Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, comidors, and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel quality standards

4 Ensure housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities arm properly stocked and managed

5 Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision,

6 Support the implementation and maintenance of health, salety, and hygiene standards.

7 Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in s professional and timely manner.
8 Monitor housekeeping equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
9 Assist in maintaining departmental budgets, inventory, and cost control measures.

10 Ensure compliance with brand standants and operations procedures
