Academic:
- University Degree (Second Upper or Equivalent) in a Business-related field majoring in Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance or Administration.
- Master degree is desired
Desired work experience:
- 6-8 years working experience with a minimum of 3 year’s Relationship/Account Management experience or equivalent.
- Experience in working with large data sets and analytics expertise will be an added advantage
- Experience in digital sales and social media marketing will be an added advantage
- Experience in managing agent relationships will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Proven track record in formulation and execution of sales strategy that resulted in business growth.
Responsibilities
Financial Performance – 40%
• Revenue growth: Drive revenue growth and commercialization of digital channels; achieve targets, profitability, and growth through acquisition initiatives.
• Return on investment: Monitor performance and apply measures to ensure growth and ROI.
• Channel development and adoption: Conduct research to identify markets and customer needs; generate insights for acquisition and new product development.
• Partner lifetime value: Build strong partnerships and maximize value through continuous engagement.
• Balance sheet growth and management through Digital Solutions and Channels for allocated portfolio.
• Partner with branch and sales teams to leverage distribution and drive nationwide solutions.
Customer Management – 30%
• Customer satisfaction: Build strong partner relationships and ensure delivery on commitments.
• Partner lifetime value: Profile customers for targeted acquisition; nurture relationships for growth.
• Customer & Partner insights: Conduct surveys, analyse data, and use insights to drive innovation and improve experience.
• Monitor portfolio revenue, manage NPLs, and minimize revenue leakage.
• Demonstrate understanding of digital trends and communicate insights to customers and partners.
Internal Business Processes (Risk & Compliance) – 15%
• Sales and marketing optimization: Streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Risk management: Develop policies, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Align teams to deliver commercial objectives.
• Performance tracking: Set metrics, monitor progress, and adjust strategies.
• Data-driven decision-making: Use data insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate sales-related risks with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in testing digital channels, products, and enhancements.
