  • Credit Underwriting Skills 5 ES
  • Customer Relationship management 5 ES
  • Banking Operations 2 DE
  • Business research and product development 3 AA
  • Project management 2 AA



Responsibilities
  • The role leads the development and execution of the Education Institutions MSME sector strategy, ensuring alignment with overall retail and MSME business objectives.
  • It identifies market opportunities through continuous monitoring of sector trends and drives initiatives that enhance growth and competitiveness.
  • The role oversees the Education Institutions MSME team, ensuring effective resourcing, capability building, and collaboration across Branch and Digital channels.
  • It partners with product and innovation teams to design sector-specific financial solutions, including tailored lending and payment tools.
  • The role ensures full compliance with regulatory, operational, and risk management requirements within the Education Institutions MSME portfolio.
  • It monitors financial performance, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics to sustain growth and strengthen the Education Institutions MSME value proposition
