Job SpecificationsAcademic:
- University Degree (Second Upper or Equivalent) in a Business-related field majoring in Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance or Administration or any equivalent qualification
- A Master’s degree and professional qualifications will be added advantage.
Professional:
- Certifications in Project Management/ Technology and experience in Agile and/or DevOps is desirable
Desired work experience:
- University Graduate with at least 6-8 years’ managerial experience in commercial/consumer financial services.
- Demonstrated success in balance sheet growth and customer acquisition in Fintech/Start Up/Telco/FMCG experience is desired
- Experience in trade product/Supply Chain financing business model will be an added advantage
- Experience in handling cash management solutions/ financial service digital application – web/e-commerce/mobile & ussd is a must
- Proven ability to drive an ecosystem model of business and effectively communicate recommendations to senior management, customers, vendors, partners and sales teams.
- Proven track record in formulation and execution of sales strategy that resulted in business growth
- Demonstrated understanding of SAAS/BAAS/PAAS and use emerging tech trend
- Adopt human-centered design thinking around how NCBA can improve its customer experience across retail product and solutions sets
- Demonstrate strong ownership in developing plans and driving matrix/virtual teams, managing issues, bottlenecks and barriers
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and the ability to derive insight from research and findings and to develop a product proposition
