Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years core experience with handling travel and Insurance procurement in the service industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or Travel management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement policies and regulatory frameworks – especially within the fintech or financial services sector
  • Experience with contract negotiation and vendor performance management – to drive value and mitigate risk.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and ERP tools – such as Oracle NetSuite for efficient sourcing and spend tracking.
  • Knowledge of supply chain dynamics and cost optimization strategies.
  • Exposure to audit processes and documentation best practices – ensuring compliance and readiness for internal or external reviews.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Legal, Finance, IT, and Risk, to align sourcing strategies with business goals.



Travel Management:

  • Manage the company’s end-to-end travel function — including planning, approvals, vendor coordination, and cost tracking across markets.
  • Negotiate corporate rates and frameworks with airlines, hotels, and transport partners to drive value and ensure service quality.
  • Maintain and update the travel policy, ensuring compliance, visibility, and smooth employee experience.
  • Participation in specialized projects and assignments related to procurement, as required.
  • Provide advice and guidance to internal customers on travel matters as well as on relevant processes and terms.

Coverage (Insurance) Administration:

  • Coordinate and manage all company insurance portfolios — including travel, asset, health, and life coverage — ensuring optimal protection and timely renewals.
  • Liaise with Finance and Legal on claims, documentation, and policy reviews.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to secure competitive premiums and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date insurance schedules and communicate key information to relevant stakeholders.

Workplace Experience

  • Champion sustainability and well-being initiatives in partnership with the People & Culture team.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for facility and general office-related services, ensuring cost efficiency, quality delivery, and adherence to standards.
  • Support company events, leadership visits, and cross-team engagements that enhance collaboration and culture.

Documentation & Audit readiness

  • Lead sourcing and procurement processes related to travel, insurance, and workplace services.
  • Ensure policy adherence, budget discipline, and documentation readiness for audits and compliance reviews.
