Education

• Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in statistics, mathematics, economics, sociology, demography or related field is required.
  

• A first level university degree in combination with two (2) years of qualifying work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
  

• Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics or data science programs is desirable.
  

Work Experience

• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in statistics and data or related area is required.
  

• The development of capacity building projects and conducting workshops for training and developing and promoting indicators for policy formulation is required.
  

• Experience with the design and use of urban and housing indicators is required.
  

• Experience the application of digital technology for statistics and data is desirable.
  

• Experience in statistical projects and work experience in multilateral organisations is desirable.
