System Integration Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration solutions using ESB, APIs, and microservices, ensuring compliance with standards.
  
• Support and monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, and perform regular maintenance.
  
• Conduct testing, resolve defects, and verify deployment success.
  
• Maintain documentation, ensure security, and support disaster recovery planning.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to automation and continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's in IT or related field; certifications like MuleSoft or ITIL are advantageous.
  
• 2-4 years in system integration, API development, or middleware, preferably in banking.
  
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and integration testing.
