Location: Nairobi CBD (office-based)

Shift: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM

Salary: KES 30,000–35,000/month + commission

KPI: 60 calls/day (screening + outreach)

• Possessing all the right sales attributes, including persistence, excellent listening skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly
  

• Source and screen candidates using job boards & LinkedIn
  

• Conduct phone interviews and assess cultural fit
  

• Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offers
  

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
  

• Keep ATS and databases updated
  

Requirements:

• University Diploma or above
  

• Previous experience in both sales and recruitment roles is a MUST
  

• Excellent English & communication skills
  

• Strong initiative and attention to detail
  

• Motivated and driven by hitting targets
  

• Proactive and takes initiative
