Are you passionate about finding talent before the role even opens? We’re looking for experienced Sourcers / Pipeline Builders to help us proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple roles and industries.
🔍 Role: Pipeline Builder (Talent Sourcer)
⏰ Schedule: Full-time | 5 days per week | 40 hours-On site
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
- Proven ability to build talent pipelines independently
- Strong research and passive candidate sourcing skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS & sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies
Responsibilities
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms
- Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest
- Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline progress updates
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Stay up to date with market trends and sourcing best practices
