Technical Resource Implementer

To implement efficient staff utilization that meets safe aircraft maintenance and operational requirements.

· Controlling daily allocation of Engineers and Technicians to ensure optimum utilization of manpower.

· Managing manpower deviations caused by schedule interruptions.

· Coordinate with Technical Planning and production areas to ensure manpower requirements are met to support the network and maintenance requirements.

· Monitor and manage leave, sick-offs, trainings, and No-shows.

· Record statistics and monitor overtime levels

· Coordinate with production areas for all maintenance operations and training requirements.

· Recommend amendments of procedures and practices to improve performance in a cost-effective manner.

· Ensure Maintenance operation activities and communication regarding resources scheduling is coordinated via the maintenance control.

· Minimize schedule disruptions due to absenteeism and/or late reporting.

· Embrace and maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in compliance with company procedures, regulatory authorities and requirements of customer airlines.
