Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in territory sales management, business development, customer relationship management (CRM), and team supervision.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and market analysis.
  • Experience within a trading, FMCG, electrical, or distribution environment will be an added advantage.
