Qualifications and Expertise
- Relevant degree-level education in Tourism and Hospitality Sectors preferred or or higher national diploma, in the same field.
- Tour plan knowledge as a strong added advantage.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced Tourism Product Knowledge is a must.
- Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written formats
- Strong Customer Service and Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
- ICT Proficient
- Proficiency in English and any other Foreign language will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the daily processing of all relevant incoming requests, according to set standards.
- Acknowledge agents’ emails and prepare accurate and detailed tour proposals on time.
- Ensure bookings are captured correctly, and all services are booked.
- Preparation of booking documentation as per the set guidelines
- Ensure costs are captured correctly; files are invoiced, and have correct margins.
