Description
TheRecruiter actively sources talent into the organization. This position entailsmaking outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and work to source candidatesin a variety of web-based talent portals, conducting phone interviews,scheduling, and assisting the Staffing Coordinator with facilitating the hiringprocess also helping the client with billing , HR duties and scheduling.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS • Makes outbound recruiting calls to effectively source, screen, andattract new caregiver talent into the organization. • Answers inbound referralsand inquiries regarding our employment opportunity and successfully convertsinquiries into appointments/interviews
Additionalfilters: Thecandidate must have experience in recruitment for USA and knowledge onrecruitment for home care companies. The position is a part-time.
SHIFT: 100% On-Site OASIS - WESTLAND - (3PM - 1AM KENYA TIME) - Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
