To maintain the highest possible standard of client care by adhering to the hospital standard treatment protocol and guidelines
Directly assist dentist during procedures
Set up and cleaning up of materials and equipment during procedures
Accurately chart and charge a patients visit as directed by provider
Handling and disposing of infectious and hazardous waste as by the Hospital's waste management policy
Ensure proper inventory management of stock in the Dental Department
Adherence and maintenance of patients' confidentiality
Adherence to the communication policy of Imara Hospital
Perform any other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department. QUALIFICATIONS:
A Certificate in Dental Assisting
Certificate in basic life support (BLS) will be an added advantage
Minimum of 1 years' working experience in a busy dental facility •Proficient in computer applications
