Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding, customs documentation, or logistics operations
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes and INCOTERMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/customs systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import/export documentation and customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with Nigeria Customs regulations and international shipping requirements
- Coordinate shipment documentation and track cargo clearance status
- Liaise with customs agents, shipping lines, and terminal operators to resolve issues
- Apply INCOTERMS correctly in all transactions
- Maintain accurate documentation records for audit and compliance
- Provide shipment updates and operational reports
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround time.
