Description
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-suite executives in a reputable organization
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Executive, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage and prioritize the Executive’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling efficiency
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Act as the first point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions, including logistics, agendas, and minutes
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Executive
- Support preparation for high-level meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Track and manage key deadlines, commitments, and priorities on behalf of the Executive
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of executive directives
- Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for the Executive
