Territory Development Officer
Description
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers, tricycle operators, traders, and small businesses.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
- Develop relationships with clients, agents, and tricycle park/branch chairmen.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and repayment terms.
- Maintain accurate customer records, KYC documents, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with credit and collections teams to support customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in field sales, business development, microfinance, or asset finance.
- Experience in sales pipeline management and customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the assigned territory and basic digital skills.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
