Support the acquisition and management of High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective HNI customers.
Understand client financial protection needs and support the delivery of appropriate insurance solutions.
Follow up on client requests, policy requirements, renewals, and service issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HNI client interactions and opportunities.
Partnerships & Business Development:
Identify potential partnership opportunities with financial institutions, professional networks, corporate organizations, and other relevant channels.
Support the development and execution of partnership initiatives that generate new business.
Maintain regular communication with existing partners and monitor partnership activities.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business materials for prospective partners.
Support relationship-building activities with key business stakeholders.
Sales & Revenue Support:
Generate leads through referrals, partnerships, networking, and targeted business development activities.
Support the conversion of qualified prospects into profitable business opportunities.
Track sales opportunities, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients and partners.
Contribute to achieving agreed sales and revenue targets.
Client Service & Reporting:
Ensure prompt resolution and escalation of client and partner issues.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Prepare regular reports on HNI activities, partnership opportunities, sales pipeline, and business performance.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications or certifications in insurance, sales, financial services, or relationship management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in relationship management, business development, sales, insurance, banking, wealth management, or financial services.
Experience managing affluent or High-Net-Worth Individual clients is an advantage.
Proven experience in partnership development, client acquisition, or relationship-driven sales.
Strong understanding of financial products, insurance solutions, or wealth-related services will be beneficial.
