  • Minimum of HND /B.Sc in any discipline
  • 2–3 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service in an FMCG company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
  • Professional appearance and good customer engagement skills.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and attend to customers promptly and professionally
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain attractive product displays in line with company standards
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for replenishment
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
  • Support in-store marketing and promotional activities
