Description
  • Minimum of 5 years’ FMCG sales experience with current experience in a Regional Sales Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of Northern Nigeria FMCG markets and distribution channels.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding regional sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Manage and coach area sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key trade partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics within the region.
  • Ensure effective route-to-market execution, product availability, and merchandising standards.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
  • Enforce compliance with company sales policies and trade standards.
