Bachelor’s degree or diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering, aeronautical engineering, or a related field
Basic understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and safety procedures
Eligibility for or possession of an aircraft maintenance license or equivalent certification (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and adherence to technical standards
Good teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Requirements

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft and components under supervision
Carry out inspections in compliance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements such as C-checks and A-checks
Record maintenance actions accurately in engineering logs and maintenance tracking systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Ensure tools, equipment, and workspace comply with safety and calibration standards
Follow all company, regulatory, and manufacturer maintenance procedures
Maintain awareness of human factors, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
Participate in ongoing training and development to gain licensure or type ratings
