Educational Qualification and Work Experience

  • Shall hold the minimum of B-Tech/BE/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • COREN, NSE or Any related professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance activities during assigned shifts to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely response to breakdowns.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on milling, cane preparation, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues during operations.
  • Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and calibration of critical machinery.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
  • Promote safe work practices among technicians and artisans.
  • Supervise and guide local technicians and artisans during shifts.
  • Work closely with engineers from mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation departments.
