  • The Medical Laboratory Technician will work under the guidance and supervision of laboratory scientists, performing specialized testing, recording results and data, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to laboratory and patient information protocols.

  • Collect, process, and analyze specimens to assist in disease diagnosis.
  • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures.
  • Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces.
  • Prepare and package samples for transfer according to safety protocols.
  • Receive, label, and organize patient samples.
  • Transport specimens to the laboratory for analysis.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering inquiries and organizing reports.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols.
