  • As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the renewable energy sector by installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Your responsibilities will include assembling and installing solar panels, mounting hardware, and electrical components according to industry standards and safety guidelines.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers, electricians, and other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other components on rooftops, ground mounts, or other structures.
  • Perform site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and ensure proper orientation for maximum energy production.
  • Follow electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints to connect solar PV systems to electrical grids or off-grid battery systems.
  • Test and troubleshoot system components to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions and maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of construction debris and hazardous materials.
  • Complete installation projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the installation process.
