A Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
The candidate must have at least 7 - 10 years of post-call experience in core litigation.
The candidate must possess excellent drafting skills in Notice of Appeals and Appellate and Respondent briefs.
The candidate must be able to conduct trials from start to finish.
The candidate must have had several High Court and Court of Appeal appearances alone.
The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and must exhibit good leadership traits.
The candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision
The candidate must be able to lead and supervise other juniors.
The candidate must have good interpersonal and team-playing skills.
