A Bachelor's Degree in Law
Must have 10 - 15 years of post-call experience in core litigation.
The candidate must have experience appearing at the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
The candidate must possess excellent drafting skills in both Appellate and Respondent briefs and Notice of Appeals.
The candidate must have acted in a supervisory role and have been a team lead concerning matters he/she has handled.
The Candidate has skills in conducting trials from start to finish.
The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and must exhibit good leadership traits.
Must have strong knowledge of current court decisions of superior courts and statutes.
Must have good interpersonal and team-playing skills
Smart and committed Senior Associates with strong problem-solving and research skills.
