Description
Responsibilities
Operate factory machinery, tools, and production equipment safely after proper training.
Assemble, sort, pack, and label products according to production guidelines.
Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects to the supervisor.
Feed raw materials into production machinery and monitor the process.
Load and unload materials from delivery trucks or storage areas.
Clean and maintain the workspace, machinery, and tools before and after shifts.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene rules, including wearing proper protective gear (PPE).
Meet daily production targets and quotas set by the supervisor.
Report any mechanical faults or safety hazards immediately.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to understand and follow spoken and written instructions.
Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
High level of discipline, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment & Requirements:
- Industrial factory floor environment, which can be noisy or dusty.
Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift heavy items.
Flexibility to work shift rotations, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
Success Indicators (Performance Outcomes):
- Meeting or exceeding daily production and packaging targets.
Consistent adherence to all factory safety and hygiene regulations.
Low error or defect rates in assigned production tasks.
Punctuality and reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.
