Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and follow-up reviews.
Evaluate patients presenting with fibroids and other gynecological conditions.
Support patient selection and suitability assessments for HIFU and other minimally invasive treatment options.
Review medical histories, imaging reports, laboratory investigations, and clinical findings alongside specialist consultants.
Educate patients on available treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and recovery processes.
Coordinate pre-treatment and post-treatment clinical care pathways.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
Participate in clinical case reviews, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
HIFU Service Coordination
Coordinate the scheduling, planning, and execution of HIFU procedures.
Facilitate effective communication among consultants, nurses, radiographers, and administrative teams.
Ensure seamless patient navigation throughout the treatment journey.
Monitor patient satisfaction and support initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience.
Track patient outcomes and contribute to service performance reporting.
Participate in patient education programs, awareness campaigns, seminars, and community engagement activities related to women's health and HIFU services.
Practice Operations & Service Management
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage patient flow, appointment scheduling, and clinic coordination processes.
Support the implementation and monitoring of clinical protocols, operational procedures, and service standards.
Coordinate workforce schedules and support team performance management initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of clinical supplies and consumables.
Support billing processes, operational reporting, and performance monitoring.
Assist with clinical research, data collection, and healthcare innovation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, healthcare standards, patient safety protocols, and confidentiality obligations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent medical qualification.
Full registration and current practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
Minimum of four (4) years post-NYSC clinical experience.
Previous exposure to women's health, reproductive medicine, fertility services, radiology, or minimally invasive procedures is highly desirable.
Experience in healthcare operations, service coordination, or practice management will be an added advantage.
