  • 5 - 8 years experience in HR
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Indian company
  • Experience in dealing with unionized sector
  • Thorough knowledge of payrolls and system
  • Experience in local language - Hausa.
Responsibilities

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Oversee and Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies,systems, tactics anf and procedures across the organisation
  • Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
