Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
  • 5-6 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery industry, with a focus on solar and UPs products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales and productivity tools.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and more.
  • Understand clients' business requirements and challenges, and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation on products, applications, and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for clients to showcase products and demonstrate the value proposition.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Provide input and feedback to product management and marketing teams on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
