Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive technical site surveys to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and suggest optimal solutions aligned with client needs and project specifications.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation essential for tender submissions, including technical specifications, drawings, schematics, and equipment lists. Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Oversee the seamless execution of telecom projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to project milestones and budget constraints.
  • Lead and manage a team of field service engineers tasked with site surveys and project implementation.
  • Provide guidance, support, and technical expertise to optimize team performance and ensure the successful execution of project objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for the service department to enhance technical proficiency, operational efficiency, and service quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development to empower team members and drive organizational excellence.
