- Diploma from a culinary school is added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of preparation of Nigerian Delicacies
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
- Ability to work with a team and independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time and Resource Management.

Duties
- Set up the workstation, prepare ingredients, seasonings, and sauces.
- Cook and plate meals according to orders and special requests.
- Ensure food storage and meal preparation follows food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor ingredient and supply levels and re-ordering stock.
- Assist other cooks and the head chef, as requested.
